Red face post to cut out thread from real olds power.

the cut outs in general do not leak period. I have tried to keep a spot with real olds power and it is fruitless even when accepted. I have rarely ever seen a thread on cut outs and this needs to be addressed for proper future uses.

yep those cut outs and others. I posted earlier that real olds power is a pia to get on and when accepted it still cuts most out. I have used cut outs for years and with good gaskets they rarely leak.

Who makes those? I am toying with the idea off using cutouts piped to side pipes on my 98. Just thinking about it. I have a few mods I keep turning over in my head for the future.

Any of the performance suppliers carry them. I've installed cutouts with removable block off plates on some of my cars in the past.

Just be aware that even sealed up cutouts will fail any official roadworthyness inspection.

Up here, a burned out headlamp used to be a 48h warning. Had to get it fixed and show up at the local cop shop with your receipt and a fixed car. Not anymore. You get an invite to go see the inspection shop now. And while you're there, you get the full meal deal. Even if the vehicle is outside of emission years, they'll still string you up for that.
