Fuel pressure regulator

Installed the aeromotive 340 stealth fuel system and was wondering what psi I should adjust the regulator at?

It's a 468 with a 1000 cfm holley and I don't want to starve the engine or throw unnecessary amounts of fuel at it either.

Thanks!

Set it at 6 to 7 psi and then check float levels and adjust them as necessary. The carb needle and seat assemblies can easily control these pressure and will more than adequately feed your Holley. You should check/reset float levels because it doesn't take much pressure difference to raise or lower the fuel level enough to effect performance. Plus you have no way of knowing where they are set straight out of the box.
