In desperate need of 69 Cutlass or Vista Cruiser Dash Pad

I have a '69 Cutlass S and I had a dash pad with the gauges and the whole 9 yards lined up to buy from a guy off of the forum and he sold them out from under me. Now I'm really in a pinch and I really need some help finding these parts that I need. I'm further looking for a '70 cutlass ram air hood and the vacuum controlled air cleaner to match. Lastly I desperately need a steering wheel. ANY and all help is greatly appreciated. My email is thybigwheel@gmail.com if you would like a more timely response.

FYI, if it helps with your search, the 1968-69 pads are the same. There are two types, with and without the vent cutouts. The 1969 hardtop and convertible cars used the A/C-style pads even in non-A/C cars. There were different vents used at the ends and a blank plate in the center. A 68 A/C pad will work for this. Also, non-A/C pads on cars with vent windows (ie, all 68s and 69s with "post" doors, like the VC) will not have the vent cutouts and will not work for a hardtop. Good luck with your search.

I have a nice dash pad from a 69 Cutlass S so it has the AC cut outs in it. It's black in color, no cracks and the vinyl is not dried out. It should get a fresh coat of dye on it to make it look really nice. There are 2 very small dimples, one each near a gauge but there is no hole. They might come out with a little heat but they are not that bad and could be left alone. $200 plus shipping if you are interested. Let me know and I can get you a few photos.

I couldn't get the last posted dash pad bought before someone else snatched it. If anyone has information or has a dash pad or any of the aforementioned parts and could let me know that would be great.

That's a 68 pad. It doesn't have any vents.

well, the shtruggle continues, I guess.
post #3 looks like a good avenue to pursue then.

I have 1 or 2 collecting dust but... they are not done collecting yet, the OP didn't state location which to me means an entire day of boxing and shipping rather than in-person pickup, the condition is never as good as a buyer wants, etc. I get sore just thinking about it.

Chris,

I can't open the link even though I'm logged into FB. If this is Tweed's post then I linked this thread to it so hopefully Tweed contacts the OP if the pad is decent

"Tweed Vorhees " is what it says, yes
I thought anyone could see that link, sorry.
It looks like the same thing seen above by Chesrown... It's so hard to keep all the name and screen names straight.
