56 jetaway flexplate

56 jetaway flexplate
Need flexplate for 324 jetaway .Looks like prev owner didnt tighten the bolts down correctly i dont think it could of been installed backwards.The fly looks good though.Any hepl appreciated.Can they be refurbed?Glen
