Check out ebay as there was a really good used and cheap Fly Wheel and Dampner for sale and they looked to be in very good shape from what I could see. Check it out!!!

I just pulled a 394 with an auto out of a 60 Super 88 yesterday and was looking to sell it as a whole but would consider selling parts.

Would you possibly be interested in the whole engine and trans?

I has been sitting for about 15 years and needs a rebuild.

I am going to put it on craigslist in Wisconsin if I cant find a buyer on the forum.

I have a 68 Firebird project I am trying to fund.

Keith

Hey Keith; I'm not interested in any '60's parts at this time but, because as a car becomes older they often have Engine swaps, so what I'm trying to say is be sure it's a 1960 Motor by checking at the rear of the engine beside the distributor there is Casting Numbers on the flat part of Block Deck and if it is a 1960 Engine it will have a "0" that's by it's self cast in the Block identifying it really is a '60 Engine. Just a little bit more info in case you weren't aware.

You're Welcome Chequenman!!!

I have already confirmed that is is the original engine and trans for the Super 88. My father is the original and only owner of the vehicle. Thanks anyway, Keith
