Fiberglass parade boot 1971-1975 convertible
I am looking for the fiberglass parade boot cover for my 1971 Olds Royale. Any 71-76 GMC's brand will work. Thanks, Ken

Hello, Thanks for the ad info. Hmmm, I am too cheap to pay that much.
I missed out on one a while back that was already green for $250. They are scarce but not much demand for them plus all GM from 1971-1976 r interchangeable. I have a new white boot cover so I just use that till I get one, if ever. Thanks again, Ken |

That's a little expensive for me too.
I've turned down a few parade invitations. The mayor of Twinsburg went through the whole Solon Cruise on convertible night and picked my GTO to carry her in the Twins Days Parade a few years back. There was much fanfare with flashbulbs popping when her honor and city council people approached my car to congratulate me. I told her thanks and I appreciated it but I could never put my car through that for risk of damage, their faces went blank and they just looked at each other... I felt bad. I would have been overheating in about 10 minutes in that parade. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
