Trim ring(s) needed
Gents:
I'm looking for at least one trim ring for a 14X7 SSII wheel. Don't need nos parts, just one for a driver that is not dented up or curb-scratched. Would possibly take two, one for the spare tire as well. Any leads would be appreciated. Thanks.

trim rings
Jon,
Check out http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/14X2-...QQcmdZViewItem on ebay. They are selling a set of 4 brand new trim rings for $62. They are beautiful. I know because I purchased a set from them already! They arrived and look fantastic!!! In case the link doesn't work, do an advanced search on ebay for the username vavette2000 . Best of luck, dan |

Thanks for the link! Do they fit your wheels as they should? That's been my only concern with the newly made rings, will they stay on the wheels correctly and such. The ones in the link are a good price, appreciate the response. Jon

Jon,
I only put one on as a test. It went on quite snug. They tend to flex a little bit more than the originals but as I mentioned, it seems to hold quite nice. Unlike the backs of the originals that have 20 or so mounting tabs that snug the wheel, the backs of these have slightly smaller tabs but more of them. In any case, The one I mounted went on and looks great (I still need to paint the wheels--that's why I didn't bother putting any more on). Dan |
