1970 Cutlass Seat Belts
They work fine although they may not look perfect they should be ok for a driver.

No rush sir, I currently have the exact same color retract sides you posted here in a black interior 69. They function fine but look silly with half gold/half black front belts!

I think I do. If I remember right, it was the rear seat belts that were really trashed.
