I'm not an expert, but I think that may be for an A/C car... the A/C one is longer than non-A/C. The A/C part number is 399465, the non-A/C is 399456 if it's marked on there.

Looks to be in great shape though, especially with the grommet.

The bottom of the round tube is stamped with an "L". The rubber seal is embossed "BM" and "26". Those are the only markings.
