New/Reman TH400 Torque Converter BU3 made or reman by Consolidated Vehicle Converters (CVC).

I would guess that it is for a stock application.
The only specs I found were these.

PRIMARY HAS 3 ROWS OF DIMPLES
11 1/2” BOLT CIRCLE
