69 Cutlass rear bumper brackets
have some grinder marks from previous owner trying to remove bumper. cosmetic only, do not affect function. blue paint overspray from a prior paint job. minimal pitting, would work fine for a driver. rubber bumpers in real good shape. $15 plus shipping
