This will work for 65 as well will need to change out face plate or paint just a FYI

That looks like a 65 a 64 should have a black face to match the dash

I'm pretty sure it is correct for the 1964 Cutlass. It's identical to my own original and the same as the spares I pulled myself over the years. The black finish is nearly all worn off the face is all. But you can see there's still a little right at the top. The configuration looks correct.
