I am also interested in the fan if QS442 doesn't get it. Do you have a center link(Moog parts) or just the small parts in the boxes? Thanks, Greg.

I have a set of hockey sticks that are a bit pitted but original, inside handles are in good shape. I know I have the rear chrome fender pieces I thought I have extras of the front L fender trim piece to but I know I have the hockey sticks and rear chrome piece. I have the heater control complete box with controls or I would sell just the controls as well.

I've sent him an email today. No response. No worries. I'll head up to the post office sometime this week and see if the Money Order was cashed. Then we'll go from there.

I just returned from the Post Office and I have the low down on how to start the Mail Fraud investigation.

It will cost a meager $5.75 to see if the Money Order was cashed. I was asked to wait 30 days from the date of purchase before initiating this action. Once this action is initiated, the USPS will confirm if the Money Order was in fact cashed and who cashed it. After which they will either investigate the incident as Mail Fraud (if the Money Order was in fact cashed) or write me a check for a lost Money Order (if the Money Order was never cashed). That's why I like Postal Money Orders, they are very easy to track.

I started the USPS inquiry this morning. The USPS will conduct an initial search and let me know if the M.O. I sent was in fact cashed, as well as who cashed it and when. After I receive a copy of the cancelled/cashed USPS M.O., I can then issue a complaint against the seller. Apparently the USPS takes mail fraud pretty seriously.

Huh

I guess I don't get scammers, some amount of effort for what would appear to be a relatively small return w a reasonable likelyhood of some extent of prosecution, just doesn't seem worth it?

Googled that number and it comes up w 4 ads 2 on cl deleted by author and 2 on here, the other ad on here for a car says sold, possibly to a member or to cl as it said it was listed there, if it was a member here it would be nice to know how that deal went!!

Good luck getting some satisfaction!

I am personally not concerned with the loss of a meager $100.00. It happens! It's just the thought that counts. I buy more from members here than I do from ebay, because I like the guys here, and I trust them. I also get burned less here than elsewhere. Actually, Cutty 69 is the first dishonest member I have encountered. This Cutty69 guy is a cancer that needs to be addressed. I've seen his type before. It is my hope that everyone agrees with me and that we all go through the process of filing a complaint, and that we follow through with the inquiry to the end. This will help to keep these types off of this Forum. And it only takes a little time to do. Also, multiple complaints from different people from throughout the United States will show a pattern of fraud, which is harder for the USPS to overlook. Thanks for listening to me as I expressed my opinion.

Well it seems he got me for $30.00 so if you got taken for 100 and someone else 50 and so on he is making money cheating us this was the first time I bought anything from a member. I really think this is just one of those bad apples. I have paypal trying to hound him plus I used a credit card so I think I may see my money back. It is not the amount that bothers me it just angers me with all the scammers that are out there. They all need to get a job and see what its like to be scammed. Also if there is something I can do to help with catching this fool please let me know.

Ckd his Profile...

"Cutty69 has not made any friends yet"

:-)

A bit of an understatement.

Sounds like he needs an in-person visit.
Who has his address?
Where were the MO's sent.

Maybe it's all just a normal snafu like he died or something. Stuff does happen.
