GM Nationals & 70 Cutlass parting out??
OK, I have 2 questions: are you guys going to the GM Nationals @ Carlisle this weekend? Would anyone want big parts delivered to Carlisle from a clean 70 Cutlass S?
I thought about going with parts from this car, a bunch of NOS parts and my Rallye 350. Then I remembered that I have never sold a car at Carlisle (Spring or Fall) much less summer in several attempts. I have bought about 5 but never sold one. Not true, I just remembered I sold a 1953 Corvette there, first one ever for sale at Carlisle.
I'm just trying to guage the interest in this event and weight it against 3 days baking in the sun. I'm currently siding with it is probably a waste of time. What do you think?

You are smart putting out feelers for the parts. Since the weather is supposed to be good, turnout should be decent but nothing like the regular events. I do not think it would be worth dragging parts there unless spoken for. I am hoping to go but doubt I can get the 442 there for Saturday which is the big day.
