Is this this the scam bait "green&white" car from hell back again??

A year or 2 ago, some scammer was running the same photo and bullshed ad on 100's of CL sites. I think it was $3500 for a car worth 5x that.

And, again, folks:
CL ads disappear when removed. Gone forever.
So, when you see an interesting one, COPY THE TEXT AND PASTE IT IN YOUR POST ELSEWHERE, for posterity.

Octania, I don't know if the car Jrod found was the green/white car. But I flagged that car on a local Craigslist about a month ago. So the scammer hasn't given up yet I wonder if he's had success or is just real persistent?

car has clear title ,roof is rusted bad been sitting over 10 years i would consider this a parts car but its all there and original all trim is in great shape,all tinted glass is good ,fenders,hood doors are good.this is a bucket seat i have the head rests and console car it also has factory 8 track still in place has the original 350 all stock under hood with ac in place .original rims and trim rings call 615-513-3795

Anybody close enough to check it out in person? The pictures look good for the price. Buckets, console, 8 track, and maybe a AM/FM slider on the radio? OK, I may be overly optimistic on what I'm seeing on the radio But even if its got hidden rust it may still be a good price.

From what I can see, it has the following options:
AC/tinted glass (compressor has no belt so prolly not charged or working)
PS
PB
AM/FM radio
Sport mirrors
Factory 8 track
A51 bucket seats
D55 console (prolly not dual gate)
SSII rallye wheels
Vinyl roof /moldings

Basically this looks like a bone stock Cutlass S (VIN should start with 3G87H2.....)

Lots of work especially with the interior, but a darn decent offering price IMO

Allan, add front disc brakes based on the Master Cylinder.
Stainless rocker trim
Floor shift column
Factory split lower vent panel

The seats are missing the headrests.

The rocker trim, deck lid reveal, body side moldings and trunk rocket (missing in pic) are standard equipment on the 72 Cutlass S. BTW, the moldings with inserts were an upgrade option too!
Floor shift column would be standard with the D55 console package
Owner says he has the seat headrests
Can't see if the AC panel has the 'rear defog' switch... but that would be cool!
Wonder if it has the light group convenience package? If it does, it will also have the rear view mirror with the map light. So much to wonder about....

Good catch on the Master cylinder and split vent panel. That was only for cars with the 8 track. So the car was likely built after Jan of 72. Prior to Jan, most of them had drums on all 4 corners unless the JL2 option was ordered for this model.
