'65-'70 Full Size Olds motor mounts for sale

They are brand new Westar brand in the box. Part numbers are 2262 and 2263.They are a left and right. I bought them from Parts Geek but with return shipping and a restock fee, I think I'd do better to just sell them. I'll sell them for $30 with free U.S. shipping. That's what I have in them. Any questions, please ask. I can do PayPal if you like. Otherwise, a money order will work. Thanks, Mike

First, P/N 2262/2263 motor mounts are NOT correct for a Vista or any A-body. These are mounts for a 1965-1970 Olds full size (Eighty Eight and Ninety Eight). That's why they have threaded studs on the frame side of the mounts. FYI, brand new price at RockAuto is $11.68 each.

Well, When I looked up the part numbers at RockAuto for a '67 V.C. with 5.4 engine, these are the part numbers given. And,yeah they were listed as costing $11.15 each. Doesn't matter though as I bought these somewhere else and they cost me $25 plus shipping. Never said I wasn't open to an offer on them. Mike

For some reason, RockAuto thinks the VC is a full size, because they also list the wrong ball joints for a VC. The fact remains that these are NOT VC motor mounts, as you found out for yourself. All 1964-68 A-body cars (with any Olds engine) and all 1969-72 SBO A-body cars use 2261 motor mounts on both sides. Only the 1965-70 full size cars use different RH/LH motor mounts.

Rock Auto's Numerous CAtalog MISTAKES

Rock Auto is not an auto parts store -- they don't have 1 single auto part on their premesis at all --- everything is dropped shipped from companies they are linked to....

Their cataloging is HORRENDOUS.... there are so many mistakes in there -- and returning parts to them will be a nightmare.

2262 & 2263 ARE '65 - '70 FULL SIZE motor mounts ONLY -- and have been for over 40 years..... a mistake in their cataloging like that spells....... ROOKIE .............

You think their mistakes in the Oldsmobile world are bad, "that Ain't nothing....." ----- you should see their mistakes in the Mopar world.....

If you care for perfection -- call me -- Craig -- 516 - 485 - 1935......

Yep, I found a few other problems using RockAuto's catalog. What was the old saying from Ronald Reagan.."Trust, but verify". I didn't have any problem sending back some wrong ball joints. Got a quick refund too. Sometimes internet "deals" aren't exactly that. Back on topic, anyone need a set of motor mounts for a '65-70 Olds full size? lol Mike
