1970 All rebuilt Master cylinder and brake booster for disc brakes

This item is sold!

I have a new master cylinder and brake booster set up for a 1970 cutlass with disc brakes. I bought this for my 70 cutlass project which is gone now. Bought it about 8 years ago on ebay been stored ever since. Its in mint condition. Please be sure its what you want before you buy it. Asking $225 OBO plus exact shipping costs. I know I paid way more than that.

Just to confirm, do you know the booster to be rebuilt or a repro? Not saying for certain but it kinda looks like the repro in this thread.

Well that's a good question, if i remember right, and it was quite a while ago the listing said it was rebuilt but i couldn't tell you either way. It looks like the gold was redone on the booster and master cover or they both could be repos. Sorry wish i had more info that's why i started at $250 i know i paid over $300 for it.

Does the underside of the master cylinder have a casting number and julian date?

I dont see any casting numbers underneath at all, only see them on the disc brake metering valve. I assume then this is a repo ? If so thanks for this info, i hate to miss represent anything. Any offers let me know

I have quite a few of the originals, including the ones from my W30's and W31's.There is the Delco Remy insignia, along with a casting number, and the julian date.

I do know that Inline Tube sells a repop master cylinder that looks identical to the original, with bleeders, but does not have the casting numbers.

Thanks for the info brian, I appreciate it! This would still be a great easy and cheap upgrade for someone not worried about the numbers game, i used to be into that at one time so i know how it is.
