Oldsmobile Valve cover casting patterns
I have the pattern's to make the mold's from the Sharp valve cover I was selling. The first one is different in the center pad, it is larger then the final design.
The pattern's are made from a solid block of epoxy material and milled to the shape as seen. The epoxy is then attached to a 1/2 inch solid aluminum plate. The pattern I used has been damaged at the foundry with cracks in the the epoxy pattern. The cracks can be repaired with epoxy and clamped together.
