68-72 Convertible Top Parts

Got a 71 Cutlass convertible top frame that I'm parting out. Header is no good, the rear trim stick is spoken for and one of the cables is broke.

Everything else is up for grabs. Header was the only piece with rust, rest is in excellent shape.

PM with needs

Nick

Nick:
I'm may need the rear tack bow, mine is rusted thru in a few spots not sure it's fixable. Do you have good tack bow? I hope I'm using the correct term, it looks like this.

If you click on my name on the left, and then click view public profile, it will take you to my profile page. On the right, you will see my photo albums. I created albums for everything that's for sale regarding the top frame. Prices are below.

Left side frame. Missing bolt and cable is broken. $150 shipped
Right side frame. Nothing appears to be missing and the cable is intact. $175 shipped
Rear tack strip. No rust and appears to be in great shape. $125 shipped
Latches - need resto $70 shipped

I didn't see the part I need in your albums. I need the rear tack rail or I think it is also call the rear floating bow. It's the part that holds the top material at the very back and tucks up inside the quarter panels and the filler above the trunk lid. Do you have this piece or did I miss it in the photo albums? Thanks!

Hi Rodney,

You might have missed it. There's a folder called Tack Strip. If you click show all albums, its the third album to the right. Its a U'shaped channel that has cardboard or something attached to it. If you still don't see it, PM me your email address. Attaching pictures to a PM is like pulling teeth from an angry alligator.

OK, it wasn't attached to the top but I do have it. PM me your email address and I will get you pics. Pics of that part aren't in the folders.

Sorry, I checked and that's the side that sold. I only have the right side and not the left like I thought.

Would you happen to have the rear, tack bow shoulder bolts that connects to the frame?
