Intake- Replica '69 H/O 405233

If it's inappropriate to post f/s or faux-replica parts here, I will gladly remove it.

I have a spare '69 H/O Intake Manifold that I made. It looks just like a J-405233 intake, has the PCV boss and the correct casting ID's. Yet, it's easy for any expert to discern from the real factory part. Sold one on epay for $644.20- I can do much better than that if we don't go thru epay.

Not looking to rip folks off with faked parts, but if you want to run dual rocker covers breathers and a PCV with a divorced choke, this is an affordable option. The real factory castings, it seems, are either just not to found, or sell for $11k like the last one seen.

Great for a tribute/ clone/ phantom, or any other such car that wants to run dual PCV breathers on an iron intake. I can make such a thing from a Toronado intake as well, if you have a G-body and need all the hood clearance you can get. I can add raised "OLDSMOBILE" lettering to your intake of any type, "W-455" or various other interesting letterings, for those not following the 100% factory correct route.

pix available upon request.

Currently have 2 more intakes on the way, so can't offer quite as much off... but it was -$100 for a cleaned blasted checked serviceable J intake on my doorstep. You can call me at 517-449-043-Two or text if you need more particulars. There is one unspoken for right now, on ebay and CL, but again if it sells w/o epay fees, that saves the buyer money. ebay BIN is $644.20, no core.

And, yes, I can make your heads or mine resemble D heads. The "D" and the "400370"- am making myself a set out of BV E's right now, so I can "have" D heads w/o worrying about abusing real ones. I like to use Ka castings for the conversions because they are already Big Valve units. You may wish to have your crossover blocked with molten metal before the conversion is performed, to maximize the W-ness of the heads.

Cool

Assuming you mean the Bldg 70 pic

share it and store it as you wish

please give credit/ blame with it
it is my photo

Steam was emitted from a manhole cover that day

Thinking about taking the 85 442 into the parking lot- now empty- and doing major doughnuts for fun and to get rid of them old tires.

Do you know of anyone else that is cloning that intake or the process that Chris used to do it? Any information would be appreciated.
