80's Custom cruiser guys: wheel trim

I found a pair of front fender wheel lip trim in the garage today. I wish I had pictures of it to post, but it was already crated up in a custom wooden box I made for it years ago.
It was tagged: 84 CC front fender arch trim, very nice condition/non paying bidder.

Is anyone in need of a good pair, or wanting a spare set?

Anyone that hasn't got one of J's custom made shipping crates is missing a VITAL piece of their garage...

BTW... I still have mine J, I keep trim and interior parts in it!

Pretty sure the wheel arches are wagon only? I know the wagon front fenders are different.

Ditto on the crate. There was no way that dash pad and speedometer he sold me was going to bang around and get damaged during shipping.

Right now the dash pad is still living in it, but I'm sure I'll find another use for it.

Mail carrier on our rural route left a note in the mailbox about a "very big box" waiting for me at the post office. I went after it and they asked me if someone was shipping a dead body as it looked like a coffin! Naw, just old car parts.

"Well it came from Chicago area so we didn't know what you'd got involved in!"

Funny stuff.

Thank you both very much for helping me get that dashboard a happy home.

FD- backing & supports , and Rocketraider -pad. Worked out very well.

You are correct. These are wagon only pieces, since the wagon fenders flare out at the lip.

I jigsawed the sides of the crate in the shape of the arches to save weight.
They look like 2 wooden sad faces, but without the joinery.
I wonder how the postal clerk is going to calculate that one...

I was real tickled when I uncrated it and found it was already GRAY! Don't even have to dye it, just wipe it down and put in the car.
