Can't find rotors? 65 thru 70 front Drum brakes
Rotors are non-existing if you have disc brakes on your B-bodies. My cars stop good with rebuilt drum brakes. I have control arms/spindals/drums, the whole set-up. Instead of letting your car sit because it needs rotors change it over and drive it.
