I have for sale a 455 Olds complete engine. Ran excellent when removed - used about 1 quart of oil every 2000 miles. Was going to rebuild for a Cutlass project - ended up with a El Camino project instead. Engine is complete Carb to Pan. Make offer. Buyer to arrange pick up.

Contact the North Texas Oldsmobile Club and I bet you'll get a LOT of bites!

Yes, it does have the tranny. As far as price, make an offer. I have it on a homemade stand that I will give along with it.

Cute. Guess it depends on how bad someone wants a 455. It's a nice core thats getting harder to find. I think the engine/transmision combo is worth $400.

Do you still have the 455 and Turbo 400? Did it come out of a 72? Anything else you can tell me about it. I am in Rowlett on the east side of Dallas County.
Thanks redoldsman |

The motor is worth that alone (to me). Too bad TX is a long haul. Besides, I got my 68 motor for $375 (no carb, not sure of the running status.) |
