as for my reference to your senator's oldsmobile, for those of you not familiar with mass senator ted kennedy this is the same model he drove off the bridge on martha's vineyard killing a young lady, don't think he was even cited.made the delmont famous for the wrong reasons. so,where are all the 67 88 owners that can't find parts?

The young lady's name was Mary Jo Kopechne. Teddy swam to shore and left the scene. She drowned and he was never prosecuted. Imagine that.

more than one book has been written about it,many of the details are frightening/sickening if they are true but you don't really know.with the kennedys there always seems to be unanswered questions.

67 delmont dash

it has the round gauges, lenses are good, dash pad would be perfect if someone hadn't put two punctures top/middle to mount something, the panel surrounding the gauges and radio is not cracked but has had things glued to it that have fallen off.all ***** and switches are there except radio,it has aftermarket radio in it.

I found this site with some really cool pictures of "the car" and some "regular" cars from that incident.

this also has factory door edge guards, somewhat rusty but complete bumper jack assembly. hate to see good parts go to scrapper but other than the 425 and the rear bumper i probably won't save anything else.

My Uncle had a Delmont with the 425 and I always thought they were cool, so yes, just to have them.

no one needs wheel opening or rear quarter moldings from this 67 delmont? also has box that plugged in to the factory stereo next to glove box. it will be a shame to scrap this stuff.power seat(works),rear defrost. 67 delta front turn signal lenses without cracks. probably keep until 5/21

Sheet metal and such. Need hood, bumper, grill, light assembly (left and right if from Delta) left fender, radiator support, etc. I have a list if it's OK to email to you.
