Koda, I'm not positive, but here are the instructions up close. The litter container has a "printed in 1973" on the bottom right which was cut off of the photo. Check them out and let me know what you think. Thanks for looking!

So the instructions for the tissue dispenser are on top and the litter box, printed in 7/73 are on bottom. Let me know what you think. I am willing to work on price if you could use both. Thanks again!
