Upon receiving this partial NOS kit from someone else here on CO I thought the same thing but the latch and cable cover clearly are shelf worn from age but have never been bolted up. If this is an issue for someone I'm open to an offer as well. I bought this just to get the NOS cable I needed, thankfully it was in its separate box and was nice.
