fuel tank blues

anyone here know where i can purchase a fuel tank for my 1966 toronado?ive serched every fuel tank manifacturer on the internet,with no luck at all,any help on this subject would be greatly appreciated,

I dont think tanks are being reproduced for the Toronado.....there could be a few NOS tanks laying around somewhere but I wouldnt know where to tell you to look for one. Try getting yours patched or relined. You can also look for someone parting a car and getting a tank from them. Advertise on the various Olds sites and check Craigslist and Ebay.

We had one built for our 54 at a welding shop for about $200, Used our old filler neck & new sending unit from NAPA $35

Have you considered purchasing a fuel tank restoration kit? You can get them from suppliers like JC Whitney and Kanter. They won't work miracles; however, if your fuel tank is in fair shape these kits can get another 15 years out of an old fuel tank.

thanks for the responce reguarding my fuel tank,my cpu has been down or i would have answered earlier,unfortuanatly i had to purchase a new one,maybe ill unplug it nextime we have another electrical storm down here in texas,thanks again
