1962 Ninety Eight bumper bolt

Hi all,
Ok, I've scoured the internet and sent messages to several parts and fastener companies, all in vain.
I removed the rear bumper from my 1962 Ninety Eight and one of the carriage bolts was frozen solid and it turned in the bracket. Eventually I cut it off and now I wish I hadn't. I didn't realise that it would be so difficult to replace.
The bolt is the one that is a blind fit between the bracket on the bumper and the mounting bracket. I'm pretty sure it's a 9/16-18 carriage bolt and 1 1/2" long.
Any idea where I can get these please?
Thanks

I find it difficult to believe the bolt in question would have been unique to Oldsmobile. Suggest you branch out a bit. Have you tried Chevy parts, Buick, Cadillac, Pontiac?

I doubt that they are unique to Olds and I have looked at Chevy, Caddy and Buick specialists. None carry a bolt this large.
I think Ford did a 9/16 UNC for 50's trucks so I might have to use these.
I looked at Impala Bob's but none of the kits have specific bolt sizes. I've sent them a message.
