And now the fan donīt start when I push the "heat/def" buttons.
Maybe itīs possible to spray some lubrication from "the back" with heater control unit still mount in the car.
Was thinking that some lubrication would save parts from break
Can see some moving parts in the unit when laying on the floor
and push the "buttons".

Section 14 of the Chassis Service Manual is probably the best part to read. In order to remove the control it will be necessary to first remove the other things which are in the way. Just be sure to remember how everything was installed. If needed make photos first. As far as the fan is concerned, you will need to trace the circuit to find the problem. It could be the switch; the fuse; the wiring; or the fan motor (sometime they seize and need to be lubricated). Page 13-5 has the wiring diagram.

Hi thanks for tip, should take a look in the Chassis Service Manual.Should try to see if
the heater control has power, fan are running great and i checked the resistor
in the engine compartment.
Need to replace old hoses to the defroster outlets and vents also
Looked at 13-5 wiring diagram and between the fan speed control and 20 A fuse in the fuseblock there are a "main switch" .Guess this must be the "off" button to the left
on the heater control. When pushing "heat" or "def" the fan should start at once and when pushing "off" the fan stops.

Hi now are the heater fan working again,it was poor connection
in the feed cable to the heater control unit.
Glad i,m bought body and chassies manuals so i could see what to
look for.The feed cable was connected to the unit just above the
center vent outlet.Could see with mirrors and flashlights.
Started the car and checked movement in the diaphragm when parts
was gone and it looked ok.
Replaced dry hoses to the defroster outlets so i guess this will work better now.
Thanks for tip about this
/Glenn.
