65 425 air conditioning info needed

Good morning. On the Jetstar1 I had acquired has been a little bit of a puzzle. While it is basically complete, the PO had disassembled part of the air conditioning, and put it in a box. I've been able to use reference clues to determine I have the necessary compressor brackets, hoses, etc. The difficulty I'm having is the receiver/drier bracket mounted on the RT front, near the core support. I've made a pretty good effort to look for images before asking, but am a little stumped. An image of the RT front core support/ fender area would be very helpful. I'm trying to determine the way it is mounted in that area. I have a box full of brackets the PO had, but nothing appears to look right for that area, and may not even go to this car. Thanks.

I'm not positive but I think it would be the same as on my '66 full size. I'll take a snap tomorrow and send it off. It can't hurt!

Thanks, that would be greatly appreciated. I've found some pics on the net, but they don't show the right front corner of the engine compartment, as they usually focus on the engine.

Thanks, the bracket that attaches to the fender liner is the one I was trying to get an image of, and believe I may be missing. The holes in the fender liner on mine run left to right, rather than front to back, but I'm thinking the bracket itself is probably the same. Thanks for the help!

Thanks. In the pic above of the 66' the setup differs a little bit from mine. If you have a 65', I'm just wondering if the bracket that mounts the drier to the fender liner is the same, only in a different position. Any help is greatly appreciated.

You had perfect timing! I was at my storage unit putting away my firebird when I got your notification. Kinda hard to get good pics, but I hope you can find what you need here:

Excellent! Thank-you very much. I think there is more not in the "box-o-crap" than I thought, lol!

Yes, they were a great help, thanks again. I am currently freshening up the interior in my Jetstar 1, and also enjoyed seeing the interior pic's of your blue Starfire. Very sharp interior in that car. There sure was a difference in the upgrade between the two models. I think they used leftover Belair trim on the Jetstar 1, lol!

justintiime - which car was yours? My red '66 98 convert was parked back-to-back with the Jetstar1.

Yes, I remember. Did you get that turn signal cam from eBay that we were discussing? I double checked - it is the right one.
