Welcome to the site. See where your name is in the upper right corner of the login box. Click on that, the rest is self explanatory

Click on User CP above and it will open up your control panel, then scroll down to edit my avatar. If you have problems, there is a size requirement.

Hi welcome to the site. I too didn't have a clue on how to navigate or edit user cp. I have tried to click on every option available to me to learn my way around this site. I say just click and go. Members here are very helpful if you run you into trouble.
