I've never seen those types of lines locally.
I've always been lucky in any cases where they broke .....
I was able to patch/splice them back together using locally/readily available fittings & rubber line.
If they are that bad trying to splice them back together will probably just break them again.
At that point, it's best to replace them in their entirety with rubber.
