1969 442 seat belts?

guys i have a 69 442 the seat belts
are in good shape except for the push button to release the buckle.i have a few questions though my seatbelts are unlike any ive seen in a 442 the seatbelts are gold in color and they have a blue gm mark of excellence decal for the release i have been told these are not the correct ones for the car but my father bought it new and i dont recall him ever changing them . so is there something amiss here ?also they are not plastic. can anyone post a pic of the correct ones for me to see. i want to thank you in advance for any help guys .

Early 69's can have these if this is what you are talking about.

The plastic buckles are the standard belts. The metal buckles are the optional deluxe belts. Both styles were offered in 1969 (and in most years).

The belt webbing will have a sewn-on label with a date code that will tell you the year of the belts.

And the label also tells you that this particular belt was made by a guy named Irvin.

I have a May 69 car with that style belt, so I wouldn't exactly call it early. I also have another 69, Feb or March can't recall offhand, with those belts too.

it was a joke, the one above was made by a man named "irvin" the next one was made by a women "bay trim" - I know, it was a stretch but I thought the Irvin joke was funny
