I can't even think of the words to describe what you did. Totally awesome! I had the pleasure of meeting Tim and seeing his car up close. It's over the top ridiculous. The nicest I have ever seen including all the hardtops I have seen. You guys have set the bar real high. Great looking cars!

It's been a long time since my last post I'm still making progress on the Hurst. I'm up in the air deciding on the convertible top stripe. Just a few more checks and she is done!

I cannot believe that today was the first time I had read this thread... What a great looking car! You should be proud of the craftsmanship.. Also, although the LS platforms are great in many ways, I was relieved to read that you kept it Olds powered. This is a very tastefully executed tribute with a personal touch.

About a year ago I happened upon a guy building one of these in Red Oak TX. I have tried to find him here but lost his address and cruised the area where he said he lived but haven't found any trace of a shop or garage. At that time his was just a painted shell. His car was on a trailer at a local upholstery shop at that time and it's like it dissappeared.

That sure is gorgeous looking. I do have a quick question for ya thou! The sub enclosure that you made in the trunk...I sure would like to know how you went about making that with the convt top well there. I have a sub in my trunk but it does not look as nice as yours and mine takes up more space.

That car is awesome! I plan to do something similar for my subs. I have two twelves, they are free air speakers so they don't require a box. My plan was just a slam board and I was hoping I could modify the bottom to fit my full size SSIII spare.
