62 f-85 wagon
#42
I got the wagon out and drove it home, it's gonna need some work but I plan to make it my daily. So far I've done a complet ignition tune up, excluding timing, and I put a new intake gasket in as well as swapping on a 2bbl intake and carb I had.

Today is the end of my journey with the wagon. Luckily a forum member, 209313a, bought it. He seems very excited for it and I hope he gets her road worthy again.

Okay guys, I know I'm suppose to do this while working on it but really haven't had time. But progress on the wagon continued and I replaced all fuel lines and clean tank out. First thing I did was take carb off and rebuild it. Bought a new electric fuel pump but I think I will replace the regular fuel pump. I also drop the engine and put new motor mounts in as well. Just bought oringal door panels that have been in storage for 25 years that are red coming in. I got it started Sunday night but it's not fully running on it's own yet. Here's a video of it running, I'm sure carb needs to be tuned but it didn't sound to bad for a cold start in months

I found a couple parts in my storage that go to it. I also decided I don't think I'll be getting another 62 so I might sell off my hoard of parts. If I do I'll post a listing in the parts section

Do you have the center console? I've been on the hunt for one but everytime I find one it's expensive and I don't have the money at that time. Let me know what you have you know if I'll need it I'll get it.
