Buick 231 V6 to Olds small block

OK I found a really nice 84 Cutlass 4 door by me.

It's black with red interior and in really nice shape. 60K miles (looks like it too) but the down side is it's the Buick 231 V6 motor.

I've heard these motors only last in the 80K range, but my main question is, how much work is it to drop a SBO in that engine bay? I can see the alternator is on the wrong side, and I'm guessing the accessary brackets will not bolt up either. What about the starter? and anything else I'll need to know

me and my dad done this swap in the late 80's. the fan shroud had to be changed and we had to use the accessory brackets from the olds engine. i can't remember very much but do remember having to change the front springs. it would bottom out everywhere.
