Rear seat belt question

Rear seat belt question
'69 olds 442 convertible. I am reinstalling my seat belts in back.
Although I photographed the belts before I pulled them, I'm not sure they were correctly mounted before.
Should the buckle always be on the right, and the tongue on the left, for all three belts?
Or does anyone have an original picture of the way they are bolted in under seat?
Also, the mounting tabs are concave, do they mount a certain way?
Thanks!

Could this help? This is from the '69 Olds brochure, and the lower right corner shows the second seat of a '69 Vista Cruiser. I imagine the seat belt arrangement would be the same in the back of any Olds. Note that, for the outboard seats, the tongue is on the outside and the buckle toward the center of the car. For the center seat, the buckle is to the left and the tongue to the right.

Another question...
Got my rear seat belts back from vendor.
When I go to bolt them in, some of the white sewn in labels are facing up.
I am mounting the retractors with the release button facing up, and two of the three labels are face up???
Any body know if the labels should all be face down on webbing?
Thanks
