rear seat trim ??

rear seat trim ??

is there a piece that goes along the upper rear seat that fills a gap on the sides ..I have a 72 hardtop and just bought seat that are suppose to be 70/72 ...there wasn't any seats or interior quarter panel pieces when I got the car I have the arm rests but there is a gap at the seat back on each side

The quick answer is yes there is a thin metal strip that runs from the armrest to the rear deck.

The longer answer- are you sure you have a hard top seat back and bottom. There are different seat widths for the hard top, post and convertible.

I really don't know, seats were missing ... this guy just had these seats reupholstered $$ and his car turned out to be junk....I got a great deal on them ..is there somewhere I can get that piece ..or I guess I can get a strip of aluminum and bend then cover it ... thanks

Here is what you should be looking for. Strip is about 2 5/8 wide. Scott can definitely get you set up
