You can't buy a "new" seat, at least not one with the same upholstery. If you are EXTREMELY lucky, after months of searching you might find someone selling a good used one. Don't expect to find just one, as, to quote Woody Allen, "they usually travel in pairs."
Since this same seat was used in all 1969-72 A-body cars and in some B-body and E-body cars, you can get all the parts to put a new one together (frames, foam, hinges, upholstery, etc). You'll spend about $1000 collecting all those new parts they have to pay an upholstery shop to assemble it.
As for the price of a used seal, torn up crappy A-body seats that need to be completely rebuilt run $250 a pair and up. $400-$500 a pair is the usual price range for decent seats that only need new upholstery.

The other alternative is Legendary Auto Upholstery. They are claimed to be second to none in the interior business. Check this link for the seat covers. They have the correct deep channelling on the stitching. I don't believe any of the aftermarket seat covers include the head rests. Note: get the Elk grain pattern for 72
They are also having a sale right now so it's a great time to buy.

The 2300 is for a complete pair of new seats, the page you show is just the covers.
My seat pair was just like yours one good one bad, I scored a set of green seat covers on cl for short money and recovered mine then used SEM to paint them black they came out good!

I looked around hoping to find just one, but as mentioned above they tend to travel in pairs. I got lucky the upholsterer was selling covers he had changed out for another color...put an ad on here or cl you never know!
