Anybody know for sure what the size is of the rear view mirror for a '71 Delta 88 Royale Convertible, and where it mounts?


I'm pretty sure it's 12" and mounts to the Windshield, but a lot of hit I find searching for a convertible mirror look like they mount to the sun visor clip.


It's a pretty small rear window with the top up, so I don't think a 10" would be terrible, but would like it as accurate as possible.


Also - anybody know where a guy could find one 'complete'? I find lots of repro mirrors, but not the 'arm' or the mount for the windshield.

The convertible mirror is the same as the mirror in the hardtops. It's a junkyard item, and one of our friendly junkyard junkies ought to have one in a box somewhere with your name on it.

You'd think they'd be plentiful, but I haven't seen any used ones that aren't junk, and they're never complete. It's always just the mirror. I figured if I had the dimensions and whatnot I could at least find one that was close enough.
