Hi, I'm just curious, does the boot use individual clips on a '68 Olds? I have a '68 GTO convertible and there are plastic tabs on the boot that slide under the molding to hold it on. There is a channel it slides into across the top of the back seat first then you go to the rear and yank like crazy to get it to start under the molding in the center back then feed the rest of the tabs from the middle to the sides,I thought all the '68 GM A bodies were like that. If there is a different sytem that is easier, other than snaps, it would be neat. I have become used to laying the boot in the sun and quickly putting it on before it gets cool, have to watch for it shrinking in the cold on fall nights and trying to yank the molding off too. By the way... your car looks really nice.
