1971 sport steering wheel Horn parts?

I got my hands on a Nice looking sport steering wheel. A rare find here in the Netherlands:-).
It's got the hub, wheel and Horn button but not the parts that are "in" the wheel. I know there should be a ring in there but what else?
The current wheel is a ugly Grant style wheel. Can I use any parts from that?

Many thanks, Ramon

Here are a few photo's:

Horn contact

You are missing the horn contact and the 3 mounting screws. Your horn button is an original, so it is best to use a GM contact. Sometimes the reproduction horn contacts don't work good with original horn buttons.

You will need these 3 parts also. Spring, eyelet, and insulator.

The same horn contact ring, eyelet, spring, and plastic retainer were used on Corvettes, Camaros, and Chevelles. Every Chevy repro vendor sells them relatively inexpensively. Typically the kit with eyelet/spring/retainer goes for about $5.

The horn ring goes for under $20.

Thanks Joe, I needed that part as well. Clearly someone swapped a sport wheel onto the new Cutlass I got without the horn contacts. Its ususally a good thing when you can find our parts at a chevy dealer.

Remember when installing the spring and eyelet that the spring goes in the hole in the cancel cam FIRST, then the eyelet (big end down), then the plastic quarter-turn retainer.

Just got a shipping quote from luttyschevy.com. The ship the two parts for $34.95 to the Netherlands ...
And above that, I need to pay 21% tax over the parts and shipping..:-(.
So I hope to find something local.

Did you buy it yet. Wonder if I can buy one for you and send it cheaper. It would be in an envelop

WoW, that would be great! I don't think a envelop would be that expensive:-). Please let me know how you would like it to be arranged.
