1965 F85/Cutlass/442 dash differences?
After owning my 1965 Cutlass for over 12 years I've come to notice that all pictures of dashboards I've ever seen are different from mine. They all have this flashy "silver" panel to the right of the speedometer:
While mine looks like this, just painted black (with an emblem):
My car was sold new in Sweden 1965. I have only seen this type of dash on one other car, another swedish car:
Was the flashy "silver" panel an option and my painted black panel the base variant? Or was this some type of export thing? Of all the pictures I've seen, even the F85:s had the flashier panel.
