Manifold heat riser tube

Currently the heat riser tube is not on my 72 cutlass. I was looking at how it mounts and see two small holes (one on top and one on bottom) How is this mounted?? Is it mounted to the air cleaner or the bracket on the manifold?

One bolt to the circular flange under the air cleaner inlet. Another small bolt that fastens the heat riser tube to the exhaust manifold shroud (or on a BBO a "box" type shroud).

Are these bolts avail or just use a general bolt that will fit?

72 heat tube has 2 holes in the base that mate with 2 holes in the manifold cover. These holes are in a straight across line from each other instead of at 90* like in 71. It's attached with a long cotter pin, unlike the 71 model which used 2 small bolts to hold it in place. The snorkel end of the heat Tibet is not screwed on or pinned. It's held in place by friction created when the air cleaner is tightened down.
