'70 442 Gas Tank

Hello all,
'70 Olds 442 dual vents on newer fuel tank. It uses a non-vented cap. What is the best way to provide a vent. I do not run the stock canister etc. so plug one and what can I use on the other one for a vent?
Thanks In Advance !

Here's what the factory breather looked like for 1969-70, there was a metal strap or tab welded to the bottom of the floorpan that bent over this and held it in place. I know they're being repop'ed but am not sure which vendor sells them. John
