57 olds heater blower motor

Does anyone know where I can get a new or re-built heater blower motor?
Mine is froze up.

I disassembled mine and re-lubed it and it was good to go...brushes were good and the bushings were also...just stuck from sitting so long unused, the original grease was hard...
