Our 1970 Olds Ninety Eight arrives in the UK!
We posted before in the Newbies section but over here now!
The 1970 Olds 98 arrived in the UK (Southampton) and looks/drives great BUT turns out the fuel guage was stuck so we ran out of gas on the motorway on the way back! Since then has been getting its UK road test certificate which it has just passed with flying colors apart from:
1. The fuel guage is faulty....we found that out the hard way!
2. Needed new tracker rod ends (now sorted) and
3. Rim Blow steering wheel horn wiring is faulty but the garage made a workaround for this until we can work out how to get it back to original. Any ideas on this?

All in all a fantastic looking car, 49,000 miles on the clock and I have no idea how we will navigate this beauty around the streets of London - therein lies the fun! Cheers for now. Chris
PS A couple of new pics in the gallery! Exciting times - we LOVE this car!
