You could unclip the drive cables and roll it manually, probably.

But why not fix what's wrong?

Does it do anything? Move in any direction, make any noise?
If not, then check fuses, check wire connections, and finally, check the relay under the seat. If it's burned or stuck, it can usually be opened and cleaned up, to get at least a few more miles out of it.

The drive cables, and the entire mechanism, are underneath.
You have to remove the seat to get to them.
Eight bolts into the floor, but you need to move the seat forward, then back, to get to them .

Since you need to take it off one day anyway, and since you need to move it in order to take it off (unless you're very patient and have very small fingers), you might as well check the fuses and connections.

If worse comes to worst, you can jumper the motor and the clutch pack and probably get it to move. The wiring and cable diagrams are in the Fisher Body Manual.
