That would most likely be hydraulically pressed/crimped on by a business that specializes in making up hydraulic lines. Just google "hydraulic equipment & supplies service & repair" with your area code and it will show businesses around you that can do this, however it may be just as cost effective to buy a replacement hose already made up specifically for your vehicle. Hope this helps.

Just replaced both on a BB '70 Chevelle - got them from The Parts Place and they were perfect stock replacements.

Do you have to use the crimp style hose clamps for the power steering hose? Or will a standard hose clamp work?

I ordered the factory clamps but don't have the tool to crimp them properly.

This is the tool to do the job properly. K-D #424.
I also sell these type clamps for the power steering hose and the 1967 442 heater hose clamp - manifold to heater core hose.

that is the same one for CV boot clamps from the look of it. Dunno if you can get one at the local parts store, but if you can flag down a snap-on/mac/matco/cornwell tool truck, they should probably have one. Talk to your local auto shop(s) and see what the schedule is for the tool guys that make the routes in your area.

there's ones online too:

This one is at Advance auto parts if there's one of those chains near you

Also, check with AutoZone. They have a tool rental program that could set you up with one possibly.

**EDIT**
Just found this one cheaper than the previous one. 2nd one down and 7th one down. I recommend the 2nd one. That's the one I have in my toolbox. it's a heavier duty style, and you can use 1/2 drive ratchets or breaker bars for extra leverage if needed for some of the really stiff clamps.
