D heads on eBay

i just seen this on eBay. they said the reserve is under $10,000. i would hope so. also no pictures.

Well, without any pictures I suspect he'll have trouble getting a high bid from the auction. John

Overheard some discussion on them at All-GM Carlisle (should read "All 2010 Camaro Carlisle", but I'll digress on that later). Someone had contacted the guy for pics and his response was "you know what they're worth, so I'm not wasting time sending pictures."

Well I hate to tell this charlatan, but unless I can see a picture with a clearly identified D and casting number, or better yet of the seat and guide area, and with a guarantee that they are what he claims, I ain't wasting time bidding.

I've been fooling with Oldsmobiles of my own for nearly 38 years, and honest to god some of these W30-H/O pricks are getting as bad as Corvette people.

Yeah, I know what they're for. Yeah, I know what they're worth. And yeah, I know a pompous-ass jerk when I run into one.
